Ordinum grew out of a practical question: why should finance and controlling teams repeatedly reconstruct information that can be structured, validated and made traceable at the source?

I combine controlling experience with hands-on systems development. My work has focused on reporting, process automation, data quality and the interfaces between finance, operational teams and technology.
At Fusion Consulting in Zug, I developed a cloud-based project approval solution with integrated contract validation that reduced approval times by 80%, delivered utilisation, margin and budget reporting with automated quality checks, and built data-integration and automation solutions around everyday controlling processes.
That experience, together with over a year of dedicated self-study and development, shaped Ordinum: practical applications that make operational data easier to enter, validate, reconcile and use - without losing the history and audit trail behind the numbers.
Systems thinking

Background
My experience spans project controlling and systems development, ERP application development, logistics systems, CRM development and international business analysis. I hold an M.Sc. in Business Administration and also have a background in biotechnology.
